The Guyana Independence Festival Gala is a glamorous evening celebrating Guyana's Diamond Jubilee in Toronto.
Since 1995, the Guyana Festival organisation has brought the diaspora together each year to honour Guyanese independence. This year's gala marks the momentous 60th anniversary with a night of fine dining, cultural tributes, live entertainment, and awards recognising outstanding members of the Guyanese-Canadian community.
Dress code: formal. Expect an evening of elegance, pride, and connection with the Toronto Guyanese community.
