St. Peter's Anglican Church

St. Peter's Anglican Church is steeped in rich history reflecting the deep religious faith of its original Dutch inhabitants. One of Guyana's finest brick structures, it features elaborate brickwork, ornate windows, and a distinctive leaning bell tower that has become a landmark in its own right.

The church is dedicated to the Patron Saint Peter and stands as a reminder of the Dutch colonial era that preceded British rule in Guyana.
