Kaieteur Kitchen

Kaieteur Kitchen is widely regarded as one of the best Guyanese restaurants in London. Owner and head chef Faye serves up home-style Guyanese cooking that has earned a devoted following across the city.

The star of the menu is the pepperpot — a slow-cooked stew of beef, oxtail, and lamb that falls apart in a deep brown cassareep sauce rich with cinnamon, cloves, and cassava. Other favourites include curry duck, cook-up rice, metemgee, and flaky dhal puri roti.
