The youngest Olympian in Guyana's history, Aleka Persaud competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics at age 15 in the 100m freestyle. She returned for the Paris 2024 Games at 18, and holds multiple Guyana national swimming records. Based in England, she represents the next generation of Guyanese sporting talent.
