Melissa "Vanilla" Roberts is a nine-time Road March Queen and the only female artist in Guyana to have won the Road March title three times consecutively. She recorded her first song at Kross Kolor Records in Georgetown and rose to prominence with Queen of the Band (2007). She manages the Kross Kolor Records studio and holds a certificate in Motion Picture Arts from UWI Barbados.
